50 Stars Casino software contains 61 games: Baccarat, Blackjack, Caribbean Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Video Poker, Deuces Wild, Craps, 3-reel and 5-reel Slots, Magic Slots, Progressive Slots, Roulette and Keno.

All games except Slots, Keno and Video Poker have multiplayer support and chat feature.

Once you have downloaded the software and signed up as a Real player you have the option to deposit money using our many payment methods. On your first deposit expect a 100% matching bonus up to $100.

Please follow the simple steps below:

1. Once you click the Download button below, the File Download dialog will appear: Select Save this program to disk and click OK.

2. A Save As dialog box will appear. Select Desktop from the Save in drop-down menu at the top. It is recommended not to change the file name. Click the Save button.

3. Now click the Download button on the right to start the download and follow the instructions given in step 1 and step 2

4. Once the download is completed, double click the casino setup icon on your desktop to start installation. During the installation, a 50 Stars Casino icon is placed on your desktop for easier access to the Casino. Double-click it to start the Casino and enjoy!

Installation

1. After you have downloaded the casino from the website, please double click on the casino setup icon that was placed on your desktop (or the location where you chose to save the program).

Windows might pop up a security window, where you will be asked to either 'Run' or 'Cancel' the program. Please make sure to click the 'Run' button to continue with the installation.

2.The 50Stars Casino downloader will open and start installing the program and some initial setup files.

3. When the process in 2. has finished, the 50Stars Casino downloader will ask if you wish to 'Install' or 'Browse' the program.

4.If you click 'Browse' the downloader will ask you to choose a location for the program to be saved. If you click 'Install' the downloader will show the Terms of Agreement of 50Stars Casino. Please read the agreement and click the 'I agree' button if you wish to continue the installation otherwise installation will be terminated.

After the installation process was completed, the Casino software will start and open on your desktop. Now you are ready to open an account with 50Stars Casino and play for REAL money. Good luck and think money.

First Time Playing - open an account

1. After the installation, described in 2), is completed and the casino is fully installed on your computer you can start playing. But first you have to open an account at 50Stars Casino:

50Stars Casino features two gaming modes: Fun Mode and Real Money Mode. You can play in Fun Mode for practice or play in Real Money Mode when you're ready to place actual monetary bets.

• Fun Mode allows you to play for virtual money - you bet, win and lose nothing but virtual dollars. No real money is involved and you do not need a credit card to play. You do not need to be connected to the Internet to play in Fun mode. The extent of Fun mode play is not limited in any way.
• Real Money Mode allows you to play for real dollars. You are required to have a valid real money source (such as a credit card) and you must be connected to the Internet. See the Cashier section of this help file for more information on depositing and withdrawing money to and from your casino account.

Please choose and click on the mode you wish to play.

Real money mode:

If you do not have a Real Mode account yet, you need to register (create an account) - click on 'Create account' to do that. A new window appears. You will be prompted to fill in some personal information that we need to create and manage your account. This information is kept strictly confidential; we do NOT share it with any third party company or organization. The Create Real Account window prompts you to enter the following information:

Click 'Create' to complete creation of your personal account. 50Stars Casino assigns you a unique username and a Security Code and sends it to your e-mail address. You'll need your Security Code to perform all your financial transactions, such as deposit or withdrawal of money from your casino account. Your password is used for login authentication. We suggest you write it down.

Note: It is very important that you fill in your correct and valid information so we will be able to pay your winnings.

Fun Mode:

Account Creation: If you do not have a Fun Mode account yet, you need to register (create an account) - click on 'Create' account to do that. A new window appears. Fill in the two fields - your preferred password and your email address, and then click 'Create'. 50Stars Casino generates a unique username for you. You can then log in using your new account.

Online and Offline: You can play in Fun mode both online and offline. When playing in Online Fun Mode, you are connected to the Internet. You can play in multiplayer mode and chat with other players as you would in Real Money Mode. When playing in Offline Fun Mode, you are not connected to the Internet and therefore the chat, multiplayer, and private group options are not available. You will also receive a message stating that a connection to the server cannot be established. Also, an icon in the casino lobby indicates whether you are online or offline.

2. Casino Lobby

The lobby contains game icons (clicking on a game icon starts the corresponding game) and a button for the 50Stars Casino Cashier. Certain information is displayed here as well: the mode in which you are playing (for real money or for fun), your current balance and an indicator to let you know whether you are Online or Offline. 50Stars Casino currently offers a total of 61 different casino games. The lobby displays a game menu, where some games are grouped according to their type. Click on a game name in the menu to start it. Some games ask you to specify a bet amount (click the value of the coins you want to bet) or multiplayer mode. Click on the arrow buttons to scroll through all the icons (up and down). There are two types of games: table games and machine games.

• Game Speed:
• Drag the slider to the right or left to increase or decrease the speed of the multimedia animations used during the games.
• Disable DOUBLE UP in Video Poker:
• When this box is checked, the double, half-double and collect buttons do not appear on the screen, you have to press the ones on the machine itself.
• Use large cards in card games:
• When this box is checked, cards are displayed double their original size (in table games).
• Play slots in ZOOM mode:
• In ZOOM mode, the reels, buttons and the winning table are displayed larger.
• Full Screen:
• Select this to display your game over the entire screen. When this option is not selected you will see the Casino displayed in a midsize window.

Audio Settings:

• Sound Volume
• Drag the slider to the right or left to lower or raise the volume.
• Sound:
• Select this to enable ambient sound effects - machine noise, cards being dealt, dice rolls, etc.
• Music:
• Select this to listen to background music while you play.
• Dealer Voices:
• Select this to hear the dealer speaking while you play. The sound option must also be selected in order to hear the dealer.

Multiplayer Modes:

Some games feature the following Multiplayer Options:

• Multiplayer:
• You can play with up to two other players who are online.
• Single Player:
• You play alone at the table.
• Private Group:
• You can join or create a group that up to two other people can join.

3. Cashier

In Real Money Mode, click Cashier to deposit or withdraw money. You can also view your entire transaction history from inside the cashier. In Fun Mode, use the Cashier to deposit or withdraw virtual dollars to your account.

Deposit Cashier

There are 19 available methods for depositing money into your Casino account: Visa, MasterCard, Neteller, InstaCash, Firepay, Citadel, MyCitadel, Instadebit, Moneybookers, 900 Pay, Click2Pay, Wire Transfer, EcoCard, UseMyBank, PaysafeCard, Bank Draft, and Bank Draft Express, Central Coin, On-demand-Funds.

Note: if you have pending withdrawals that are waiting to be processed, you will be prompted when entering the Cashier's Deposit screen. This serves to remind you that you may prefer to cancel a pending withdrawal rather than make another deposit.

Registering a New Credit Card

You must register your credit card before you can use it in 50Stars Casino. To register your credit card, fill in the following form. You will be prompted to enter your personal details for registration with the secure 50Stars Casino server. The Register New Card dialog requires that you fill in the following information:

Withdraw Cashier

You can withdraw money from your 50Stars Casino account at any time. The Withdraw tab allows you to withdraw money from your casino account. The Pending Withdraws tab allows you to display the withdrawals you have requested, but have not been processed yet. 50Stars Casino waits four days before processing your withdrawal request. During this time period you can use this option to cancel your withdrawal request and transfer the money back into your casino account.

Transaction History

The Transaction History allows you to view all financial transactions performed through the cashier section of the casino. All withdrawals and deposits, approvals and declines, using all available methods, including COMP points to balance conversions, are listed here. Select the desired range of dates and click the View History button to perform a search.

Credit Card Limitations

50Stars Casino is bound by the credit card companies own limitations and due the new restrictions imposed upon the Casino by Visa International from the 1st January 2004 we can no longer process any portion of any withdrawal to a Visa Credit Card including the players' original deposits made by any Visa Credit Card. All withdrawals will be processed by any of the other withdrawal methods provided and stated in the Withdrawal section of the Casino Cashier.

These are Bank Draft, Bank Draft Express and any of the other options available as long as you have registered the deposit method at the Casino.As yet these changes do not affect our MasterCard policy, however we do recommend all our players register and deposit using any of the Alternative Methods, especially Neteller as we understand that versatility in depositing and withdrawing is paramount for every player. Only refund winning amounts to the player's credit card up to the amount initially deposited using that credit card. Account money that was not originally deposited by credit card can be returned to the player via a bank draft or wire transfer.

4. Comps

Comps (i.e., complementary points) are rewards given to valued customers based on their wagered amounts. You don't have to be a "high roller" to earn Comp points. Every 50Stars Casino player is automatically enrolled in the VIP Player Club where you earn points with each bet you make - regardless of whether you win or lose. The points are granted based on the amount you bet while playing. The higher your VIP level, the more points you get for each $1 bet. You can accumulate these points and then convert them to real money.

To view your current Comp points click the Cashier button and click the Comps icon. An up-to-date total of your points is displayed. You will also see the number of points you need to move to the next VIP level.

To convert Comp points to real money, just click the Convert to real money button. The money is deposited to your casino account immediately. The conversion ratio is also displayed.

Note: Comp points are paid out only on Real Money accounts

Second Time Playing

1. After playing the first time the icon of 50Stars Casino will be located on your windows Desktop. In order to start playing again you should double click on 50Stars Casino icon (here you should put the icon of 50 stars)

* If you cannot see the 50starcasino icon, go to the Start menu at the bottom left corner of your screen. Choose "Programs" => "50Stars Casino" => "50Stars Casino":

2. You will now see the entrance to the 50Stars Casino Lobby. Choose "play for REAL MONEY" or "play for FUN".

Play for REAL MONEY

If you have an account: When logging in to your Real Money Mode, you will be prompted to fill in your username, nickname (optional), and password. If you enter a nickname, it will be displayed to other players in the casino, when playing in Multiplayer Mode.

Play for FUN

If you have an account: When logging in to Fun Mode, you will be prompted to enter your username, nickname (optional) and password. If you enter a nickname, it will be displayed to other players in the casino, when playing in Multiplayer Mode. If you check the Remember password box, the computer remembers your password and fills it in the next time you arrive at this screen. This way you do not have to type it in every time you use the casino. Beware, however, that anybody using your computer will be able to log in under your account!
